Ian Balmforth & Insafehands Security - A Warning

Mr Ian Balmforth

I am posting this web page as a general warning of a fraudster and a crook.

Mr Ian Balmforth placed a large order with our company in February 2005, sending us a cheque to pay for the goods straight away. He then stopped payment of this cheque, and has since refused to pay for the goods that we supplied.

He runs a company called "INSAFEHANDS SECURITY", which is laughable when you consider how he has behaved. They are supposed to provide security guards to jewellers in the Hatton Garden area of London.

He seems to use various addresses and contact telephone numbers. He is very evasive and often ignores phone calls and letters. When he does answer his phone, he makes promises of payment which are never kept.

May 2006 Update: If Mr Balmforth does not pay me very soon, he will be made bankrupt and may have to sell his house. For a debt of less than £3000! Hope it was worth it, Ian!
