We have a good range of accessories for hire along with our Kirisun
walkie-talkies
Depending on your exact walkie-talkie rental requirements you may need
audio or other accessories along with your hired walkie-talkies to use
them effectively.
Below is a list and pictures of the various accessories available for
rental with our Kirisun professional walkie-talkie radios. We've got
earpiece/microphones, speaker/mics, headset, leather cases and extra
antennas.

Standard hire earpiece/microphone. The
"D-shaped" soft rubber earpiece fits snugly around the
user's ear, and the microphone on the wire has a spring clip for
attaching to your lapel or other clothing.
With this earpiece/microphone the user can have the radio on
their belt using the provided belt-clip, and hear radio messages
straight into their ear, and then reply simply by pressing the small
"Push To Talk" button on the microphone.
Please note that we cannot hire out the earpieces that actually
push inside the user's ear for fairly obvious reasons of hygiene. If these are
required, however, we can sell them to you.

 |
This is a standard speaker/microphone, of the type
often used by the police amongst others. It allows the user to have
their radio on their belt or in a pocket, and to hear messages
coming from the speaker/mic's speaker clipped to their collar or
lapel. It has a "Push To Talk" button to transmit
messages.
|
 |
This is a headset with "band" that goes over
the user's head, with one speaker, and then a "boom"
microphone positioned in front of the user's mouth. There is a
"Push To Talk" button with a spring clip so that the user
can attach it to their clothing.
|
 |
This is an "aircraft" style headset with
speakers over both ears and plenty of sound insulating material
around the earpieces, and then a "boom" microphone
positioned in front of the user's mouth. There is a "Push To
Talk" button with a spring clip so that the user can attach it
to their clothing.
It would be useful in very noisy environments. It should be noted
that the muffling affect would mean that the user wouldn't be able
to hear sounds around them very well.

|

|
This leather case with neck-strap allows the user to
both protect the radio from damage if dropped or impacted with
something.
The carrying strap also conveniently allows the radio user to
"wear" the walkie-talkie radio around their neck, so that
it is always at hand ready to use.

 |
If you are using the PT2208S walkie-talkie inside a
vehicle, or in a structure that impedes the signal, you can remove
the flexible rubber antenna and attach this magmount antenna.
As well as use in vehicles, customers have found use of an external
antenna very useful when they are based in metal buildings often used
as site offices.
Note this is only available for the Kirisun PT2208 VHF
walkie-talkie at present.
