Walkie-Talkie Radios for Motorcycle CommunicationWe supply motorcycle helmet kits to go with our Cobra walkie-talkie radios. These motorbike kits allow easy communication between groups of motorcycle riders travelling together, or between a rider and pillion passenger. We supply motorcycle helmet kits for our radios that are designed to fit both full-face motorcycle crash helmets and flip-front crash helmets. The motorbike helmet kits install into your crash helmet, and then the Push-To-Talk switch mounts easily onto your motorcycle's handlebar for easy thumb operation. The various parts of the motorcycle helmet radio kit separate by means of robust "snatch" break-free connectors. We have also supplied these walkie-talkie radios and headsets to several motorcycle rider training schools, who find them very useful and cost-effective for keeping the instructor in constant communication with the trainees. What radio equipment do I need, and what does it all cost? Each motorcyclist needs a Cobra walkie-talkie and a helmet kit. You will almost certainly also want the rechargeable battery and charger. We offer two packages that contain everything that you need:
Our walkie-talkie radios are fully compatible with other PMR446 portable radios made including the Motorola Talkabout TA6222 / T5522 / T5532, Eurowave, Maxon RS446, Icom, Goodmans GPMR117, Dixons Telcom Talkeasy, Audiovox, Maycom, Multicom, Kenwood, Cobra PMR100, Cobra MT500, MT700, MT900, Alinco DJ-SR1, Panasonic, Midland 456 and Yaesu.
