Organising an event of any sort and need walkie-talkies?
Our full-power professional Kirisun 5 watt VHF walkie-talkies are as powerful as any generally available walkie-talkie. We rent out these walkie-talkies for only £9 + VAT per week/part-week, with discounts for larger hire quantities bringing the cost down to only £7 per radio. This hire price includes a rechargeable battery and "drop-in" desk charger (or 6-way multi-charger for larger hire quantities).

The Kirisun PT2208 VHF walkie-talkie has 5 watts
transmission power - giving the best range available in a
walkie-talkie radio. It has enough power and range for most events - for a sports stadium, conference centre, and outdoor events, and for use around large buildings. VHF walkie-talkies have the longest range out of doors. Totally simple to use - rotary on/off/volume control and rotary channel selector. It has 16 channels, and each channel has a CTCSS code preset to screen out interference from other radio users nearby. You use our radio hire licence, so you don't need one. The radio weighs only 338g, and measures 27cm x 6cm x 4cm including the antenna. The radio has a robust integral spring-loaded belt-clip. You can also hire leather cases with neck straps for a small extra cost. There is a socket to attach the optional earpiece / microphone, which we hire out for £1.50 per week/part-week. If you plan to use the radios you hire in a noisy environment, the earpiece / mic. will ensure that people do not miss radio messages. We have various specialist accessories available for these radios, including some "mag mount" aerials for us in cars or to give longer range if one walkie-talkie is used as a "base station", car power adapters and "aircraft" style full headsets with boom mics. |

- Our basic radio hire price assumes that you pick up the hired walkie-talkie radios from our office at 70

- We can deliver walkie-talkie radios anywhere in the UK. Price varies
according to quantity of radios hired out. Delivery ranges from £10 for a
few walkie-talkies, up to £30
for larger quantities.
- If you need to hire walkie-talkie radios urgently (same-day), please phone
us! We can usually help. If we have radios available then we can usually
arrange for a courier to deliver them to you in the London / M25 area.
- We usually want payment via credit/debit card before hired walkie-talkies
are sent out, but we can accept payment by cheque or bank transfer as well.
